As a singer/songwriter/musician/recording artist, Aaron Streng has continued to
prove himself as an everlasting force within the music industry. After being in 2 bands
through his nearly 10 years within the industry, the decision to continue within the industry as a solo artist has revealed a 3 song EP that includes the songs Fate, Distaster Piece, and Less Than Perfect Man. Aaron has had the opportunity of working with grammy award winning producer, Dito Godwin in late 07', and has continued to impress producers and fans with his unique voice, and his never right, never wrong approach to music and
songwriting. Aaron just recently began working with Hitt Music Group under a
package, which has enabled the possibilities for television, and film exposure, as well as artist development.
Live performances for Aaron have included some of North Central Ohio's most
recognized stages, including county fair stages, and Clear Channel radio events, as well as festivals and local city events. Live radio interviews have also been part of his schedule throughout the years. As a solo artist, Aaron has performed and continues to perform acoustically, and looks forward to putting a band together for future touring dates, to bring the music alive from it's recorded form. Several of Aaron's songs have had radio-airplay to date, including a variety of songs from both bands that he was involved with, and now, his solo release soon to be revealed.
Being influenced by artists including Pearl Jam, Coldplay, James Taylor, A Perfect Circle, Breaking Benjamin, Rob Thomas, Foo Fighters, and Cat Stevens, brings a very
broad spectrum of ideas to the table in Aaron's ideas. Many local musicians and bands
also contribute to his musical creations. Every day life situations may also be heard in the
songwriting, leaving his listeners with the freedom of taking their own meaning from the
song, and making it their very own. With one song bringing a straight forward beat, and
the next bringing something totally unexpected. The use of guitar and vocal harmonies
bring a simple song to life.
Studio sessions and recording have, and continue to be a vital role in Aaron's music. Being involved with 4 professionally recorded, 3 song Ep's to date, he continues to prove his professionalism and will, through the music time and time again. With the
goal of his first full length release ever, in sight, Aaron continues to write, rough track,
and pick through many years of songs and writing. A late 08' album release is being
made a priority, and will be underway soon. |
