So I am crossing the three year mark with my girlfriend and we have now known eachother for about 14 years,,, Every time we go anywhere or do anything with Family or Friends they always ask when are we getting married.... This question seems innocent enough, however there is a subtle backhanded nature to it.  As if the true intention is to guilt me into proposing and suggesting that some how our current relationship is not legit or some how scandlous, which is totally not the case... I akin this question of the big day as a similar question as if you walk up to a gal with a belly and ask "What's the due date?"  Not knowing if for sure she is pregnent.... As Bill Cosby I think suggested - "Never ask a women that question - Unless you can see the head popping out!"  So I say to you quizzers of the big day - until you  see the ring, keep your trap SHUT!!!!
