why does this hurt?

can i no longer understand,

yet why we love.

im waiting for an answer,

for that question in mind,

why do you lie?

for i want to believe,

believe in the truth.

but for what?

for i see no truth.

and after nothing but lies,

what truth am i left with?

yet i need you to lie,

for i want to believe,

for that i am too loved.

lie to me,
