Does anyone else notice that during this time of year their savings gets exterminated by bridal showers, bacholrette parties and weddings? All I'm saying is, do we REALLY need to buy three presents, two dresses, a weekend retreat of hotel rooms, nine thematic condom-laced head peices and 12 cans of beer all for one person????
I don't think that God would've ever wanted this.

Haha! I know how you feel! My family has recently jumped on the wedding and baby bandwagon and I've been going to showers, weddings, parties forever it seems in these past two years. And this year is the craziest of all. It all started in May with a bridal shower. Then back in June one of my cousins got married in up-state New York. This past weekend was a bachlorette party for the wedding of another cousin who will be getting hitched this August in California! (haha, I'm so broke from all this, but happy for them). Then! I'm heading off to Mexico for another wedding in November.... and One more in January. However that one is in the Bronx which I can take a cab or subway too, so that's cool. :)
Tons of weddings, showers, and parties... my bank account, yes, is empty. But they're fun!
