I'm not particularly bringing back this look -being that I'm not a male- but more and more I'm noticing college aged males are dressing similar to Kevin Federline and Flavor Flav, leading me to call this look the American Chav. Some of the common aspects of the look are:
- Pants that of course don’t fit (i.e. baggy)
- The customary "wife-beater"/dingy undershirt
- Oversized jewelry that include but are not limited to huge fake diamonds, and fake diamond incrusted watches, rings, and necklaces.
- Do-rags, matching tennis shoes, and women's oversized sunglasses are common accessories
To pull the look together you should have unkempt/greasy slicked back hair, look as if you have not showered in weeks (bonus points if you haven't), and grow a patchy beard.
