here's a poem i wrote: what do lips do? lips speak words to caress, to torment to entertain, or to educate those we meet
what else can lips do? lips kiss other lips cheeks, eyelids, cuts or bruises on hands, knees and elbows in an effort to ease the pain and share the joy
lips open up, with function following form - they open letting in or out all the things we say and do passing by soft red rivers around a gaping hole infested by a serpent, the tongue
what does a tongue do? a tongue cannot form words a tongue cannot kiss a tongue cannot express
all a tongue does is wiggle, lick, taste, grab, and fiddle because a tongue is selfish touching for pleasure tasting for satisfaction caressing for reward the tongue is greedy
my lips long to kiss, and say words which mean so much but my tongue stoppers my breath stalling me, because all it wants is to lock with yours; that's why a tongue is selfish a meaningless piece of flesh a slug or worm in my mouth
this is why i like lips because you see my dear my lips are better than this -->

Very nice! I especially loved the part about lips being selfish and greedy. I'd never thought about that before but it's very true! Thanks for sharing.
