Scholarship Opportunities

The Outer Post is currently hosting two scholarship opportunities, both having awards of $5000 to the top essayist and many more prizes awarded to several second and third place winners. The scholarship submission deadline is July 31th, 2008 and the awards will be announced on August 31st, 2008.
